“ The Roaming Goat is amazing! I came here with my friends and ended up staying for 6 hours. It has everything you’d want, fantastic wine, amazing food, and phenomenal staff. Everyone is SO friendly and welcoming, This is definitely my new go-to spot! Highly recommend ordering the food to accompany the delicious wines, it’s next level and both together are a perfect match. Hands down, definitely the BEST hummus I’ve had. Also, the octopus and kebabs are to die for. Bottom line: highly recommend you experience the magic of the Roaming Goat for yourself. ”
“ A quaint wine bar nestled on Union Street offering an interesting assortment of international wines and eastern Mediterranean tapas. I came here on a Saturday evening with some friendly acquaintances. Even though it was a cold evening, we sat outside but fortunately the cushioned seats and heaters made it decently cozy. The staff were incredibly friendly, informative, and engaging. The dishes played more of a support role to your glass of wine but delicious nonetheless. Overall, great atmosphere and would recommend at least one visit. ”
“ This place is amazing! The atmosphere is nice and the wine and bites are GREAT! It’s a wine bar so they don’t serve traditional dinner plates, however their small bites are flavorful and hearty. As for the selection of wines they’re unique and amazing, made even better by the recommendations of the owner, Jacob and the sommelier Tim. “ This might be one of the newer spots in SF, but it is amazing. We stopped here to check it out a couple weeks ago and it’s a great wine spot paired with amazing food. The dishes we ordered were not overbearing and large, but the menu had just the right amount of dishes and they paired so well with the wine that we had. Highly recommend if you have an afternoon or evening to go eat great food and drink amazing wine. Everything here was well procured and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. Not to mention the friendly servers too! ”
